Collaboration between Olivier Ducreux (Shonky) and Jennifer Cardini. Being into club music since it’s tender age, Shonky graced the decks of a club for the first time in 1998 inspired by djs like Dan Ghenacia or Ivan Smagghe as a time when serious parisian clubbers revolved around the Kwality parties at the Batofar. Since then he’s been regular in key parisian clubs like La Scene, Le Rex ou Le Nouveau Casino. His international pedigree includes Fabric in London, Panorama Bar in Berlin, Fuse in Belgium, Weetamix in Geneva. Since his first production through FreaK ‘n Chic in 2005, he has now released through Mobilee, Sub Static and Resopal. Shonky is also developing a production partnership with Jennifer Cardini including ep’s on Mobilee and forthcoming "Tuesday Paranoïa’" ep on Crosstown Rebels (September 07) Don't tell her that she's the priestess of minimal techno, or that her example has paved the way for the wave of French female DJ's, you may well exasperate her.
