Jay Stolar is a soul singer with an arsenal of heart gripping songs. His live performances hark back to the early days of R&B, when it was an artist’s job to connect to every person in the room. He is a deeply influential player in the New York City music scene. In 2012 Jay ran a 24 week residency at Rockwood Music Hall in NYC, showcased at both SXSW and CMJ, toured nationally with singer-songwriter Charlene Kaye, placed his song “Like You Do” on The CW Network’s 90210, and completed production on his debut album. Jay is now represented by Michael Morrison at Wanduta Management (Sister Sparrow and the Dirty Birds), New Frontier Touring (The Avett Brothers, John Oates), and Barry Perlman Esq.
