Jay Chang (제이창) is an American singer and lyricist under FM Entertainment. He is a member of the boy group ONE PACT and a former member of the project group B.D.U. He was also introduced pre-debut as part of M.O.N.T Arena, a trainee platform for future debuts that is presumed to have disbanded in 2023. He made his official solo debut on October 17, 2023, with the mini album Late Night. Jay Chang first gained public attention through survival programs. In 2018, he competed on Under Nineteen as part of the vocal team, where he was eliminated during the first round. He later appeared on Boys Planet (2023), finishing 10th in the finale, just missing the final lineup of ZEROBASEONE. Following the show, Jay launched his solo career and was subsequently introduced as a member of ONE PACT, a boy group formed by ARMADA Ent. The group debuted on November 30, 2023, with the mini album Moment. In 2024, he competed on Mnet’s vocal survival program Build Up : Vocal Boy Group Survivor, where he earned a spot in the project group B.D.U. The group debuted on June 26, 2024, with their first mini album Wishpool. and was reported to have disbanded in June 2025.
