Jasmin Muharemović was born on February 22, 1965 in Tešanj, Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is a popular Bosnian singer. In 1983 he moved to Požarevac in order to meet Novica Urosevic the folk hit-maker (ex-yu folk baron) and start a professional folk signer career. His first album was sold in 250,000 copies and Jasmin had great success as a beginner. In 1994, due the war in former Yugoslavia, he moved to Vienna. He lived between Vienna and Tesanj. He has a wife and two sons. He has 3 brothers and 3 sisters. And one of his brothers is also a singer Esad Plavi.
