JXV (aka JuanVictor) is Juan Victor Belisario, known by many as the bassist and keyboard player for the Latin Grammy Award winning band, VINILOVERSUS. Under the pseudonym JXV, the artist and record producer launches his solo career, which contrasts with his previous work by abandoning the rock genre and experimenting with a more electronic and ambient sound, in which his characteristic bass lines still stand out. Belisario affirms that “JXV is a project that has allowed me to grow and expand my knowledge as a producer, bring to life ideas for much simpler compositions and explore a style of music that I had never experimented with before.” Of his new single, he adds, “It was born in a very organic manner. After showing the project to Rodrigo, he became interested in collaborating with me”. Belisario also confirmed that this single is a preview of his first solo album, “The Choice We Made,” which will be released at the end of the year.
