All of this information is as of June 21, 2023. Jade Ross, commonly known as jxde or Goatachu, is a 15 year old artist from California. They started working on music online in the Summer of 2020, mainly because of the pandemic but also because they have been into music their whole life. They are the owner, alongside Xerox, of the music collective, Evermore. The name was based off of a song Jade made when they were 6 or 7. The group contains 5 members (as of 6/21/2023), jxde, Xerox, stak _, Inlarcus, and Forg__. In the past year that they've had the jxde account, they have released 42 songs on it with the most popular one being MIRROR (feat. KOJIN), which sits at 7.2k streams on spotify. Their first project (on the jxde account), "KILL ME NOW", was released October 21, 2022. Containing 13 songs with 3 features on the project. Later on they released an album called "numb.", with 8 songs and 2 features. The sound of numb was very similar to their first album however so they combined them into a 21 song project with 5 features. The album has 5.8k streams with the most streamed song being "I'M NOT A SIMP". It was definitely an improvement from earlier projects and their community expressed that but not too long after the album was released, Jade had grown out of the emo rap stuff they had been making and listening to for so long.
