It Dockumer Lokaeltsje is an avant-garde punk band based in Leeuwarden, The Netherlands, fronted by bassist, vocalist and lyricist, Peter Sijbenga. The line-up is completed by Sytse J. van Essen (guitar) and Fritz de Jong (drums).
