Band: Derek DaSilva - Guitar Trevor Vaughan - Drums, Vocals All About Records © 2007 Bio: It Ain't Easy is a two-piece band out of Southeastern, MA that has been compared to Kind of Like Spitting & Pedro the Lion. Stripped down and to-the-point, it aint easy doesnt rely on a bunch of studio effects and pitch correction to sound good. The music itself is produced entirely live on a 4-track studio which gives the mix a warm, genuine vibe. all done in their spare time between work and other projects, derek dasilva and trevor vaughan have achieved a sound rarely executed these days. not far off from the likes of pedro the lion and kind of like spitting, the emotion put into the songs seem to stab at you and really take you there. interesting, melodious, and with a raw melancholy vibe, it aint easy are sure to take everyones "rainy day" mixtapes by storm.
