Isa Mebarak was born in Barranquilla, Colombia from Lebanese parents. She started as a active member of the chorus at age 4. From then, Isa has developed an special sensibility for Latin Music, mainly bosanova, spanish flamenco, and many types of jazz. Her guitar accompanies Isa everywhere, as she always bring her ideas into new songs, which so far reached a catalogue of over 70 originals. 'Cosa Buena' is the self titled first album from Isa Mebarak. A collection of 10 songs showing a very unique capacity of interpretation. The album was produced by Einar Escaff, better known as the producer for many albums from Carlos Vives.
