May 2006 marked the birth of Irony of Chaos. Kareem The Machine was at the helm with Robb Napalm on vocals, young Adam the Prodigy on drums, with Mark Angel and Boris the Blade on guitars. With a full line-up they were ready to conquer the local metal scene. They played shows regularly and made the infamous Don Hills in NYC their main stomping grounds amidst other venues throughout Long Island as well. Eventually ideals will change as well as the line-up. While the youngest of the group, Adam, made his departure to go pursue other musical ventures, it opened up a spot for a new permanent member into the fold, CJ. CJ joined with the Chaos crew in November of 2007 and filled out the drums section with a new technical flair. As time progressed, interests and priorities changed and the Chaos crew lost members Boris the Blade and shortly after, Mark Angel. With the guitar section completely gone, expectations were high for new prospects but hope was at an all time low. In December of 2008, the fourth member to round out the crew to a full band would be Little Rob. With his passion for progressive metal, he and Kareem along with CJ will begin to create the new sound of Irony of Chaos. Shows began to flow in as the material was revamped and new material was produced. Irony of Chaos will begin to build up speed but take a hiatus to put complete focus into writing their first album. Robb Napalm put the pen to paper and the sound of Chaos was written and fine tuned by Little Rob, CJ
