Irie Ites is a french crew that started in 1999 with one only aim which is promoting jamaican music in all its forms. Actually the main works are based on artists and sound system promotion, label developpement and events organizations. Within a few years Irie Ites label started an international developpment. Many tunes reached the charts all over and Irie Ites Records benefits now of a support and enjoyment from reggae fans worldwide. From the U.S. to Japan, from England to Bahamas the productions are spreading more and more out of France. Released in july 2006, the singles serie « Borderline Riddim” is a real success. This up-tempo steppa riddim, full of energy and melody, inspired the artists which put all their vibes in the tunes. Featuring great singers such as Luciano, Chezidek and Lorenzo this original riddim brought singjays like Turbulence, Lutan Fyah and Anthony B to blaze up the version. Six 7” singles came out already and the One Riddim album is in stores since the 26th of january 2007 featuring exclusive tracks with Perfect, Jah Mason & Lyricson. http://www.myspace.com/irieitesrecords Newly re-pressed the hit combinaison Turbulence & Spectacular « Highgrade », and Spectacular solo tune « Chant », established the label internationally. This orginal Studio One riddim (Burning Spear’s Rocking Time), played by Mafia & Fluxy and mixed by Gussie P, is the first recut riddim on the label.
