At the end of 1994 Javi P3z (Parafünk, Javi P3z Orquesta) and Ibon Errazkin (Aventuras de Kirlian, Le Mans) get together and accidentally record two tracks ("Cien pies/33 metros") during a session that features also Xabier "Loreak" Zirikiain. A few weeks later they decide to release these two tracks along with two more recorded by Pez on his own ("Ues täim/Is täim"). The record marks the first release of the Novophonic label, and the name chosen for the band is INSTRÜMENTAL.
