The band soon caught the attention of international media and has spent the last year touring Europe and the US, visiting Berlin Music Week, Iceland Airwaves, Eurosonic, SXSW, The Great Escape, Tallinn Music Week, Roskilde, SPOT festival, Reeperbahn Festival and many, many more. Along the way, the band secured a solid team around them, with labels, bookers, promoters and supporters. While producing material to Highasakite´s sophomore album, Ingrid Helene Håvik wrote numerous songs. Along the process, it soon became quite evident that not all of these songs were fit for Highasakite, yet they were too good to let go.
