Infección Zombie is a gore band formed in San Salvador, El Salvador in 2007. The original lineup consisted of Zombie Gore on drums/vocals, and Carcinoma Intestinalon guitar. To this date the band was a jam and composition project only. On 2008Cadaver Purulento drummer of Suppurating Wounds joins the band taking care of bass duties. Now Infección Zombie starts playing gigs in the Salvadoran gore/grind scene. Such as "Festival Infesto 3" (2008), and "The Underground Noise Festival 2009". Carcinoma Intestinal leaves after a disagreement in 2009, and Cadaver Purulento picks up the guitar. On 2010 Hemofago joins the band as a live member playing bass. The demo "Banquete De Cadaveres" was recorded on 2008 in Soundtrack Studios, produced by Julio Rodas and released on Tepes Records on 2009 on tape. It contains 5 tracks and bonus material consisting on a previous jam session recording. Also on 2010 members Zombie Gore and Cadaver Purulento re-recorded the tracks from their previous production and new tracks again on ST studios for the upcoming untitled full-length containing 12 tracks.
