From an early age, Karen Solís discovered her passion for music, picking up the guitar at just eleven years old. Over time, she explored new instruments such as the ukulele, piano, and banjo, and fell in love with genres like country, folk, blues, and classic rock. In 2015, Karen decided to take her first steps into the independent music scene by creating her own project. By 2017, Inda Midland released its first EP along with a debut single that stood out for the freshness and authenticity of its sound. That same year, Karen and her band embarked on “The City Lights Tour,” exploring new venues across Mexico. In 2019, they released their first full-length album, which took the Bajío region’s music scene by surprise. The success of that release led Inda Midland to perform on major stages such as Tecate Bajío Festival, Foro Indie Rocks!, C3 Rooftop, Café Iguana, and Festival Rodeo Saltillo. In 2022, Karen Solís collaborated with Isaac Rentería to compose a new EP, featuring songs like [add song titles], joined in the studio by José Carlos Acosta and Adrián García. In 2023, Inda Midland had the honor of performing at the Aldea Musical stage of Vive Latino, one of Latin America’s most important music festivals.
