Formed in Playa Del Rey after the fall of the Mongrels in 1983. John Napier Vocals/Guitar (Civil Dismay, Ethyl Meatplow), Paul Kelly Drums, Danny Stewart Bass (The Creeps. Zipperheads, Six Cents). They spend many months crafting & twisting their musical influences into what would become the backbone of Incest Cattle sound. The only material known from this period of the band is a practice tape from a rehearsal in late 1983. Danny was fired in December of 1983, and replaced by Doug (dead meat) Carrion (Descendents). Party Animal is the only studio work that has escaped to the public ear. There is a demo tape floating out there with 3 songs on it. Later Paul & Doug would be replaced by Don & Paul from 45 Grave.
