In-Grid is a name of at least two: 1) A pseudonym of Ingrid Alberini (b. 11 Sep 1973, Guastalla, RE, Italy), who is best known for her 2003 international club smash "You Promised Me (Tu Es Foutu)". The song was a big hit in Europe, Australia and in the United States, where it reached #1 on the Billboard Dance Top 40 chart in 2004 and was featured in the TV series "Queer Eye For The Straight Guy". 2) A Washington, D.C / Philadelphia punk duo (aka Ingrid), featuring members who have also played in Mass Movement of the Moth, The Guilt, and Layers/Quake.
