In Siren is a progressive rock supergroup from Reykjavík, Iceland. The band was founded in 2007 under the name Polymental, which played progressive heavy metal and released its first six-song EP in 2008. Later that year the band was rechristened In Siren and set sails for a more melodic approach. The recordings of "In Between Dreams" started in 2009, but due to a series of unfortunate events the record was not released until June 2012.
