IMPERFECTUS BULTUS is a spanish band. At the begining they were four people, but in 1996 it changed into three and they sat their current type of music.. After several changes of drummer, finally the band is already stablished and they recorded their first official cd “Saponaceous” (2000, Vinny records) where you can appreciate the features that distinguish the music of Imperfectus Bultus, a “jam session” of Mr. Bungle and Napalm Death, where any style have its place, from jazz to the most brutal metal.. We can say that they have a variety of influences, like the mentioned Mr. Bungle, Fantomas, and Ruins, Primus, Naked City, or the newest Meshuggah. Following Saponaceous the band starts a tour, being specialy detached the concerts with the brasilian “Ratos de Porao” or the desappeared “Psilicon Flesh”.. During the summer of 2003 the second album N.A.B. – O – Land (Vinny Records), a more personal and solid work than “Saponaceous”. This latest work was record in Sonido XXI studios, and produced once more by the band itself. Therteen songs that show the evolution in sound Imperfectus Bultus is developping nowadays. The presentation of the cd took place in the second edition of the Bike Rock Festival, where they shared scenary with Sepultura and Rage, or the spanish Hamlet and Sugarless, among others, being Imperfectus Bultus one of the more detached bands in the festival..
