Tembang Sunda is a style of classical music from Sunda West Java. The vocals are sung free verse poetry. The instrumental accompaniment consists of a suling (flute) and two kacapi (zither). The larger kacapi indung is lower pitched, and plays the main melody. The smaller kacapi rincick plays the quicker, higher parts.
