Iman’s League was formed in 2007 as a one man acoustic band that evolved into a 3 piece band in 2011. Influenced by Blink 182, NOFX, NO USE FOR A NAME and Japanese anime punk rock bands such as TOTAL FAT and DUSTBOX, Iman’s League created a sound that’s catchy, melodic and distinctively, well .. Iman’s League! “Crossing Rivers” was the very first EP released in June 2012 and also marked the kick off (of many) self-funded tours from Malaysia all the way to South Korea. In 2015, Iman’s League became the very first independent unsigned Punk Rock band to win not one but two awards at the annual Anugerah Planet Muzik, an event recognising the best musical talents in Malay Peninsula. The awards included nominations from artists and musicians from Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. 4 albums, 12 Singles, 2 awards and 1000’s of shows (including an opening act for Sick Of It All) placed Iman’s League as one of Singapore’s finest punk rock trio. Currently finalising their latest EP, and fresh off a mini tour in Tokyo Japan, Iman’s League passion to conquer the world one punk rocker at a time is burning brighter than ever. Ladies & Gentlemen, welcome to the League. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
