Ilan Salem is an Israeli jazz flautist. His latest solo album, Twists and Turns, was recorded in 2005 and released in 2006 under the Ilan Salem & Eyla label. He graduated from Thelma Yellin, which is one of Israel's most important schools for art. After graduating from Thelma, he went to to the Berklee College of Music, out of which he graduated aswell. The band members are: Kenny Werner on piano. Eitan Itzcovich on drums. Johannes Weidenmueller on bass. Ilan Salem on flute and alto flute.
