Iggesundsgänget is a popular swedish folkmusic group centered around Janne Krantz who has been with the band since the start in 1972. Iggesundsgänget has always had a wild and burlesque reportoire with intense performances. They are not limited to swedish traditions but wildly ventures over jazz, schlagers, americana, gladly mixing and rearranging the songs. Maybe their most obvious trademark is a certain faiblesse for dirty songs wich are recurrent favourites in their live performances and recordings. Among the members over the years are Britt-Marie Swing, Östen Eriksson (Östen med Resten), Kjell-Åke Eriksson, Anders Larm, Ingela Nilsson, Curt Eriksson, Peter Larm, Sören Fridolfsson, Tur-Åke Lindqvist, Sören Söderlund, Robert Öhman, Lars Strömqvist, Harri Karlsson and Pether Olsson.
