Guitarist born in Barcelona in 1979, he began to play the guitar in 1992 and studied at the Taller de Músics, Barcelona. Performing at several music festivals over his career, including the Festival of Blues, Cerdanyola; the Festival of Jazz in Viana do Castelo, Portugal; and the Festival of Jazz in Menorca. The Icar Toset Jazz & Latin Quartet was formed in 2006 along with Mezquida Frame, Martí Hosta and Nestor Bonet. In September 2008, together with Pau Rosselló and Jose Gòmez he formed another group, the Icar Toset Trio, again recording and performing live. Currently residing on the island of Menorca, Icar Toset composes, gives classes and performs in different projects.
