Ikan Hyu was founded in late 2016 by two musicians from Winterthur/Zürich, Switzerland. Their reputation as an explosive duo has created waves throughout the Swiss music industry – before releasing their debut EP “ZEBRA” in October 2018, Ikan Hyu had already played over 50 gigs across the country, including one supporting English band Royal Blood. For Lift up, Ikan Hyu were listed by Noisey Switzerland as one of the ten bands to influence 2018. Together with ZEBRA, IKAN were awarded the “SRF Best Talent” for the month of November.
