III. Kategorija (3rd Category) were 80's hardcore punk band from Ljubljana, Slovenia (part of Yugoslavia at the time). Their original name was Meso Tretje Kategorije (The Meat of 3rd Category). They were mostly influenced by raw sound of Discharge and Discharge sounding bands, as their sound could be put in the similar category. III. Kategorija appeared on various compilation tapes (like Čudeža Ne Bo) and on "Ljubljana Hardcore Compilation" LP. Their last demo was different from all their work and it was little bit more metallic.
