Leicester, Leicestershire (2011 - present) Hurricane Thunderclap is a Folk / Dream Pop project currently based in the English countryside. The project was created by the Multi-instrumentalist known as Triolizer in April 2011. After a failed attempt at Experimental music on the early 2011 release 'Time', Hurricane Thunderclap was born. The initial artistic concept was to create a triple album called 'Song's of Albion'. This was later shelved due to poor recording sessions, however the songs have been written and composed. Musical influences vary, including Daniel Johnston, Tim Buckley, Sufjan Stevens and Tim Hardin. Going as far out as Galaxie 500, The Fall and Global Communication. 'Songs of Love' is an album written, recorded and released in October 2011 to positive reviews based on the high level of songwriting and improved musicianship from previous releases under the aliasThe Crazed Asylum Project. 'April 4th EP' is a seven track EP written for Hurricane Thunderclap's girlfriend. It was written over the first quarter of 2012 and recorded in March 2012. 2013 saw the release of Hurricane Thunderclap's second album 'More Songs of Love' and the beggining of his sampling / plunderphonics return with 'Madam Madusa' released in February.
