Hugh John Noble is a London based singer, originally from Wymeswold, Leicstershire. His musical 'career' began when he was a member of The Wave Pictures, who started in Wymeswold in around 1998. He began playing his own material in 2001, originally using the moniker "Hugh J and The Picnic" and has subsequently issued numerous records on actionpop! records, Casanova Temptations (of Michigan, USA) and Best Kept Secret (Italy), as well as appearing on several compilation albums. Hugh has conducted several DIY tours across the UK and USA, often enlisting friends to perform as his backing band.
