Houkago Princess (放課後プリンセス, also known as HouPri for short) currently consists of seven members and since ‘houkago’ means ‘after school’, the don’t have a leader but a student council president – Odagiri Nana (21). The other six girls are Chiba Sakino (20), Miyashita Mayuka (18), Kishitani Yuki (16), Yamaguchi Mai (16), Noda Hitomi (15), and Yumeka (14). The unique part about this group is that fans are able to pick all of their outfits, which literally turns them into real-life dress-up dolls. Their fans will then also get to see them wearing the outfits for their performances in the group’s own live theater that is scheduled to open in Ikebukuro, Tokyo in August. Of course they will get to chose the outfits for the singles as well. For their debut song, they decided to wear school uniforms together with tiaras.
