Hospital the Musical were an Australian mathcore/experimental post-hardcore band based in Wollongong, New South Wales. The band formed in 2005, and released an EP the following year. The band went on to play with a slew of international acts such as The Dillinger Escape Plan and HORSE the band, developing a reputation for their high-energy live performances. They released their debut album. REDorphan, in 2009. Following the departure of bassist Zacc Haider Keene in 2010, the remaining three members - vocalist Drew Gardner, guitarist Clancy Tucker and drummer Michael Bennett - effectively disbanded the band.
