Hope She Drowns came about in fall 2005. They temporarily revived the scene with vocals from Tom Anthony (Laidout), screams and guitar from Jordan Sievers, bass from Alex Azar (She Looks Good On You), more guitar from Preston Rahbari, and drums from Dan Scott (She Looks Good On You). Hope She Drowns drowned in Spring 2006. If you were to ask any of the former band members about the band, they'd basically say that they sucked. Some would beg to differ though. Currently, the West Chester scene is dead. We're all waiting for another Jordan Sievers created band to save us. Don't deny it, you're waiting. Because really, who else would and will save the scene time and time again? And who would want anyone else besides Jordan Sievers to save the scene time and time again?
