HoneyWheat is an innovative rockband from Marsberg, Germany. The band was formed by Jacques Crousteaux (vocals, lyrics) and Bust-A-Worm (recording, lyrics, bass) in 2001. Always keen to invent new styles, the band never held back when it came to more "extreme" songs. The most notable album is most likely "Live in the Cerealien", which was recorded entirely in one 74 minute take without any planning. Among fun songs like "Discosong" and "Funky in the Cerealien" the album also features the politically controversive songs "He's fat" and the daring "Einigkeit und Recht und Freiheit", HoneyWheats very own take on the German national anthem. The band members currently take some time of, allowing them to focus on their solo projects. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
