The band 'Honey Gun' was formed in 1999 by 秦彤 (Qin Tong) when he was just a freshman in college, and has gone through several line-up changes since then. In 2006, Honey Gun signed to the Beijing-based independent record label 'Pilot Records' (飞行者唱片), and released their debut album '240km/h' in August, 2007.
