There are two bands on last.fm by the name Home Again 1) The first is pop rock band from Columbus, OH. "We are Home Again. It’s a statement about who we are as people. Home Again is the result of a goal envisioned by David Gipson and Dave Edwards over six years ago as sophomores in high school. “We’re trying to make music that people can relate to. The theme of our songs is about the search for the definition of a ‘Home’ for young adults. Is it the place you grew up? Maybe for some people, but I think most people would say it’s much larger than that. So we’re trying to tell stories about growing up, moving out and beginning your life,” says guitar player Dave Edwards. It is apparent that for the members of Home Again, David Gipson (Vocals), Dave Edwards (Guitar), Austin Burfield (Bass), and Rick Thomas (Drums), this concept is becoming exceedingly relevant to them. All college students, the members met at The Ohio State University and quickly started playing shows around Columbus. “This city has been so great to us, coming from a place like Cleveland, it is a completely different atmosphere here. You can meet people from all walks of life. It really is a great place to play music,” says singer David Gipson. And play music they have; Home Again has performed all over the area with many notable artists including The Matches (Epitaph), The Morning Light (Fearless), The Years Gone By (Rise), and That Was Something (Authenik).
