Holly Arrowsmith (born in in Santa Fe, New Mexico) is an American-born folk musician raised in Queenstown, New Zealand, and currently based in Auckland. Arrowsmith's first album, 'For The Weary Traveller' (self-released), received the VNZMA Tui Award for 'Best Folk Album of 2016'. SHe self-released "A Dawn I Remember" in 2018. In 2024 she was awarded the APRA Best Country Song for the second time - this time for "Desert Dove" a single from her 2024 album ‘Blue Dreams’ (released by Leather Jacket Records). Arrowsmith has toured throughout New Zealand, Australia, and North America, and shared stages with Sixto Rodriguez, CW Stoneking, Tami Neilson, Jessica Pratt, Nadia Reid, Marlon Williams, Tiny Ruins and Angus & Julia Stone.
