Hollowvain has been founded in Amersfoort, Netherlands, on a rather sunny day in the spring of 2011, by T. and R. T. - Synths/Keyboards, Vocals, Drum-Programming, Lyrics, Songwriting. R. - Guitar, Mixing, Songwriting. Was disbanded in early 2013 due to a lack of inspiration. Both members founded a new projects, among them some involving each other.
