A Czech indie-pop band formed in Prague, Czech Republic in 2009. They released one EP called Sixteen and Pregnant and recently a new single titled Merry Christmas Pauline (November 2011). The band consist of three members: Martyn Stary (also known from the dream pop project LUNO) – vocals, bass, synth; Timon Svoboda – guitar, back vocals; Jiří Cmunt – drums. Holden Caulfield announced releasing of next EP soon. A HARDCORE BAND FROM HUNTINGTON, WV: Holden Caulfield was a band from 2000 to 2008. In a way, it was always more like a collective instead of just a band. Through every member, from the beginning to the end, something was given to the greater good that was Holden Caulfield. Everyone involved kept going forward, reworking and refining every detail of every song to their idea of perfection. It took a few changes to have a lineup that could spend a lot of time on the road and, as it turns out, there was never a more solid group of musicians than there were at the very end. The success of their EP, "The Art Of Burning Bridges" and a full-length, "Can’t Stop Now", out on Surprise Attack Records, proved that hard work, staying dedicated to your fans, and playing music for the love of music is the only way this band knew how to exist.
