Hitomi Kaji (加治ひとみ) (born August 26, 1987, Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese pop singer-songwriter under the avex trax record label. In 2012, Kaji Hitomi, going by stage name KAJI, along with Tanaka Hayato created the one-time unit KAJI on the INTELLIGENCE. They released the song "KARADA" on March 28th 2012. The duo appeared as the opening act for the 14th Tokyo Girls Collection 2012 SPRING / SUMMER. Kaji went on to win the 2014 Tokyo Girls Audition Grand Prix out of 15,134 applicants. She released two self-written songs "Kyouhansha" and "Time Machine" digitally in 2015. She officially debuted on the avex trax label in November 2015 with her first mini-album Rule Ihan.
