Hillery is the nickname to a young fellow named Josh Hillers, who lives in the town of Lincoln, Nebraska. In December of 2006, he received an old acoustic guitar, to which he took a great liking to. After teaching himself basics on this guitar, he then was given a Fender Squire for his birthday in April. Since then, he has been creating a number of short recordings ranging from poetic, heartfelt alternative rock songs to completely weird noise tracks. He also works with the music squad Hmph! with members Dustin Lipskey and Mark Hennings, which can be found on MySpace.
