Rising from the grounds of a burnt down arcade, Regina's high energy pop punk band HIDING FROM HUMANS was born in early 2019. The band is Danny Owens (guitar/lead vocals), Curtis Vanthuyne (guitar/vocals), Paul Robichaud (drums), and Chris Anderson (bass). Inspired by a wide variety of pop punk bands from the mid 90's & early 2000's, HIDING FROM HUMANS have put forth their best effort to date, in creating a highly energized & upbeat catalog of songs. After being locked down for most of 2020, HIDING FROM HUMANS have developed their own unique sound with sugared down riffs, catchy lyrics, heart pounding beats, & playful structure. HIDING FROM HUMANS debut 6-song EP "Radio" was recorded at Blue Door Studio in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, & produced by Justin Bender. Justin was able to capture the raw energy of all 6 tracks & bring it out on the recording. HIDING FROM HUMANS "Radio" EP takes you down an emotional rollercoaster with tracks about love, heartache, daily struggles & endless hope, yet provides a safety net for the listeners to fall back on.
