biography: Hideyuki Hashimoto (b. 1986) is a pianist/composer born in Osaka Japan, currently based in Kagawa Prefecture. He had released his first album “earth” in the summer 2012 as the first title of his two part solo piano recording project. Shortly after its release the album was highly acclaimed by critics from all over the world for its sensitive and beautiful sound, which even conjures up images from the music. Some of his compositions are commissioned by hungar- ian movies, featured on radio stations, also played on the flight of JAL. In this fall, Hideyuki will be featured by Japanese Audio Magazine in advance to the release of his second solo piano album “air” that contains mostly improvised pieces.
