Here's To Now is an experimental post-hardcore band from Los Angeles, California, United States. Here's To Now officially started in December 2016 as Joey Hernandez (vocals, bass), David Rios (drums), and Pedro Martinez (guitar) disbanded their former project. The group has been making music together since meeting each other in 2014 in their small west Texas hometown. The band relocated to Los Angeles, California after recording a second demo with Curtis Casey, formerly of Vayden. After line-up changes, as well as changes in the band's sound, they have organically created music that reflects each member's taste and palette. The band is influenced by bands such as Circa Survive, Dance Gavin Dance and many others. Here's To Now recorded their debut EP "Mindfulness" with Nick Morzov in North Hollywood, California during Summer/Fall 2019 and officially released it March 13, 2020. Despite the Covid-19 Pandemic slamming the brake on all live performances, the trio worked hard to put their release in front of every pair of eyes and ears they could through social media racking up thousands of streams since. In 2021, the group introduced guitarist, Chris Sandoval, and has began preparing for the post-pandemic future of live music as well as writing their next release.
