Founded in 2021, Hell Throne was based in Phoenix, Arizona, by the vocalist and guitarist, Dave Kirk. While Dave was seeking additional members, a drummer named Rowe Bitsilly responded to an advertisement in July of 2021. The vocalist and band artist, Dexter Dale, joined in April 2023, after being featured in the single, "King of Death." Loren Anthony was featured as a guest performer at the Navajo Nation Metal Fest Dįį’ and he joined in December of 2023.
