Heather Berthereau (stage name Anex) is a 28 year old American singer, living in Colmar, France for the last 8 years. Singing has been something she has loved all her life but only recently moved towards more seriously in the last 3 years. Anex started taking singing lessons in the fall of 2010 in an effort to move in a more serious direction and improve herself. her vocal styles are clean and lyric.. Her first teacher classified her voice as that of a soprano with a "big range" or possibly a mezzo-soprano with a "big top". Lessons with singer Anaé of Adrana confirmed her range as soprano. She continues to take singing lessons ever striving to improve herself. Video games are also something Anex quite enjoys and she has spent some years posting videos of her singing via the game Rock Band on youtube in an effort to self-improve while having fun. Her voice was featured on the EP Lux In Tenebris by DJ Adam on the song Libera Me (Feat. Anex & Pato). She also released 3 songs on the demo titled Downtrodden from her band Ethropia. She performed in one live show with Ethropia in April 2012. In May 2012 Ethropia decided to take a break. Anex left Ethropia in July 2012. In January 2013 Anex joined TOLK as vocalist.
