Heart Of A Lion is a five-piece progressive-hardcore band from Long Island, NY. They are known for their musical style that combines catchy, melodic hardcore riffs with deep low growls and heavy breakdowns. They are currently writing there upcoming untitled e.p. which will be released in October of 2008. The e.p. will feature 5 songs that are guaranteed to make you "poop your pants". Heart Of A Lion's band members have all come from well known previous bands such as: The Awakening, Omerta, A War Within, etc. Together these young, talented, and ambitious musicians are looking to change the way people view hardcore and put the genre in a new light.
