Heal The Hurt isn’t just a band name — it’s a declaration that music can still be used to heal, it’s a lifeline for anyone who’s ever felt alone in their pain. For frontman Trevor Tyson, that mission is deeply personal. After years of struggling with depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation — including hospitalization for severe burnout — he came to understand just how powerful music can be when words alone fall short. “Joyful music can feel like salt in the wound when you’re suffering,” Trevor shares. “But when someone meets you in your pain without making light of it — that can change everything.
