Hasnaa Zalagh was born in Rabat but grew up in Salé (the old medina). She studied accountancy. She loves Oum Kaltoum, Warda, Mohamed Abdel Waheb Mohamed El Hiyanni, Naima Samih. Hasna is also an excellent cook, with a predilection for "tagines" grandmother's way. She was the winner of the talent show Studio 2M in Morocco, in 2006.
