Harmaja is the new acoustic project of Charon/ex-Poisonblack frontman Juha-Pekka Leppäluoto. The group, which also features Charon drummer Antti Karihtala, sings in Finnish and is said to be influenced by the likes of Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds and Morrissey. There is also an another Finnish band called Harmaja. It consists of two brothers, Teemu and Juho Palosaari. Both Teemu and Juho are playing also in other bands, Teemu in "Suuri Valliriutta" and Juho in "Evil Kangaroo". Harmaja's music can be described as a down-to-earth acoustic rock.
