Hey! Bahtoondah! (Hey! Bartender!) (Music and Lyrics by Fred Barnett) Some claim that the drink called “The Zombie,” was first introduced by Donn (Don the Beachcomber) Beach in the 1930‘s. Not! The beverage called the Zombie was not perfected until the late 1950‘s, when it was “supercharged” by a quick thinking Haitian bahtoondah (bartender) known simply as Heymon. Our hero, the humble “Bahtoondah,” probably had saved humanity from a potentially devastating Zombie apocalypse by pacifying an 8-foot Zombie by adding "Datura" to it's cocktail.
