Hail Farm is a project started by Michael O'Neill in 2014. Their debut album, "Perfect Human" was released in September 2014 and features songs written and recorded in Chicago. Each song establishes its own unique environment through Bradford Dessy's intricate bass playing, Asher Berlin's technical, expressive drumming, and O'Neill's songwriting and melodies. The album also features Cello perofrmed by Ben Austin of the Chicago band "ok sara" and trumpet playing by Bay Area musician, Ian Cochran.
